STEP 01
30% Deposit to Secure Dates
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your dates.
STEP 02
Balance Due 60 Days Before Arrival
The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. For peak season (December–April) bookings, the balance is due 90 days before arrival.
STEP 03
Cancellation Policy
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. The balance is fully refundable if cancelled 90+ days before arrival, 50% refundable if cancelled 60–89 days out, and non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
STEP 04
Damage Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $2,000 USD is required and will be returned within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection.
